It’s easy to register for an upcoming colloquy. Each colloquy page has a “Registration” area and the calendar events (and home page list of “Upcoming Colloquies”) takes you straight to a registration form.
If you haven’t signed up online for a colloquy before, you’ll need to create an account on the site. This will allow us to provide colloquy facilitators with email addresses for contacting their participants, group your colloquies together under one account and ensure your identity in the event you need to cancel or otherwise modify a booking.
The cost of each colloquy is $50.00 per participant (or $25.00 for colloquies offered by Zoom) unless you request a fee waiver. Your registration for the colloquy is not complete until payment has been received or a fee waiver (see below) confirmed. You can pay for the colloquy in two ways:
You can pay directly from the registration page by selecting the “Pay Now” button. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal site to complete your payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal account. When complete, you will be returned to a page confirming your registration.
If you prefer to pay for the colloquy by check, use the “Pay Offline” button and send a check (including your name as it was entered on the registration form) for the amount due to:
We believe the quality of colloquy discussion benefits from broad participation and do not want the cost to be an impediment to any potential participant.
If you wish to obtain an abatement or waiver of the colloquy fee, please so indicate in the “Comments” section and click on the “Pay Offline” button. You will be contacted shortly to confirm the waiver and your registration.
